Moving to Whangarei?
For stays of 3 months or more please enquire about our longterm rates excluding power and servicing. We've had guests stay over 2 years in the past and your enquiry is welcome!
No cleaning fee, no holiday period surcharges, no additional costs for internet.
A deposit is required to secure a longterm accommodation booking, no additional bond.
Cancellation policy: Unless there are other conditions specified in our agreement we will give a full refund for nights that we can fill with other guests.
